SearchScope Reviews ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Dorian Menard of Search Scope, Unit 1/48 McMillan St, Victoria Park WA 6100, Australia, ABN 15 319 579 846. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What this site collects
Nothing, through the site itself. searchscope.reviews is a set of static pages. It has no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account system, no comment system and no payment facility. It sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser.
There is no analytics on this site: no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script of any kind. Nothing about your visit is sent to another company by this site.
Site search
The search page runs entirely in your browser. The search index is a set of static files served from this site, and your query is never sent to a server or logged anywhere.
Fonts and other assets
Fonts, styles and images are served from searchscope.reviews. The site loads nothing from a third-party content delivery network, so no request your browser makes to render a page goes to another company.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to serve a page and to protect against attack, including your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent string. We do not use that data to identify you, we do not combine it with anything else, and we do not sell or share it. Cloudflare's own handling of it is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Personal information inside review records
Review records in this archive contain the reviewer's name or display name as it was published on the source platform, and may contain their role or the type of business they work in. That information was already published in public by the reviewer, or was sent to us directly by the reviewer for publication.
If you wrote a review held in this archive and you want the record removed, write to seo@searchscope.com.au and it will be removed. You do not need to give a reason.
When you email us
If you write to us, we hold your email address and the content of your message for as long as we need it to deal with the matter and to keep a record of how a correction was handled. We do not add you to any list.
Disclosure
We do not disclose personal information to third parties, except where we are required to by law, or to our hosting provider in the ordinary course of serving the site.
Our hosting provider operates servers outside Australia, so serving a page to you may involve your IP address being processed overseas. This is standard for any site behind a global content delivery network.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Write to seo@searchscope.com.au, or by post to Search Scope, Unit 1/48 McMillan St, Victoria Park WA 6100, Australia. We will respond within a reasonable period, normally 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your personal information, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au (opens in a new tab).
Changes to this policy
If the site ever collects something it does not collect today, this page changes first and the last updated date above changes with it.
